Mikaela Brad­bury is an Asso­ciate at DBL Part­ners, which she joined in 2023. Pre­vi­ous­ly, Mikaela was an Asso­ciate in Gold­man Sachs’ Nat­ur­al Resources Invest­ment Bank­ing Group, where she sup­port­ed finan­cial analy­sis, strate­gic advi­so­ry, and deal exe­cu­tion for renew­able ener­gy and util­i­ties com­pa­nies engaged in the ener­gy tran­si­tion. Pri­or to Gold­man Sachs, Mikaela was the Founder/​Director of a sus­tain­able cloth­ing com­pa­ny, ARJU​NA​.AG, that devel­oped 21^st cen­tu­ry pro­tec­tive appar­el for urban envi­ron­ments using envi­ron­men­tal­ly con­scious and tech­nol­o­gy enhanced materials.

Mikaela received a B.A. in Anthro­pol­o­gy from Colum­bia Uni­ver­si­ty, where she grad­u­at­ed Phi Beta Kap­pa, and a dual MBA/​MEM from the Yale School of Man­age­ment and School of the Environment.
