We have a free, abundant fuel source in the sun that, with improvements in energy storage, can become a substantial source of power. Passage of AB 327 last month is an important step forward as California grows solar from a nascent energy source to a substantial contributor to the state’s capacity. Gov. Jerry Brown should sign it.
