If the answer is yes, then we encourage you to join us for the inaugural NVCA Social Entrepreneurship Summit on May 14th from 10 am – 1 pm in San Francisco, CA (in conjunction with NVCA’s VentureScape conference) where we will convene leaders from the social entrepreneurship/impact investing sector and philanthropic-oriented venture capitalists.
The goal of this session is to create a forum where like minded individuals can meet and learn about areas of mutual interest, whether they be education reform, the environment, poverty alleviation, global development, etc. Already confirmed to participate are: The Skoll Foundation, Omidyar Network, Legacy Venture, DRK Foundation, EF of Silicon Valley and Austin, Edna Clark Foundation, Benetech.org, Ashoka, Endeavor.org, DBL Partners, New Schools Venture Fund, Greenlight Fund, Venture Philanthropy Partners, Full Circle Fund, Andreessen Horowitz, among others.
